What is FunPhantom?
FunPhantom is an AI-powered video generation platform that transforms images into stunning animated videos using state-of-the-art diffusion models. Powered by the Wanxiang 2.2 model with Lightning LoRA, it makes professional-quality AI video creation accessible to everyone — no technical expertise required. You upload an image, write a prompt, and our AI generates a cinematic video in under 60 seconds.
How do I generate my first video?
It's simple — four steps:
  • Step 1: Create a free account and log in.
  • Step 2: Go to Generate and upload a high-quality image (JPG, PNG, or WebP).
  • Step 3: Write a prompt describing the motion and style you want, or pick from our template library.
  • Step 4: Click Generate and download your MP4 in under 60 seconds.
New users receive free starter tokens to try the platform without any purchase.
What image formats and sizes are supported?
FunPhantom accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. For best results:
  • Use high-resolution images with clear, well-lit subjects.
  • Avoid heavily compressed or pixelated images — they degrade output quality.
  • Portrait images work best for portrait orientation videos, and so on.
The cleaner and higher-quality your input image, the better the AI can animate it faithfully.
What is AI Flow and how is it different from regular generation?
Regular Generation applies one AI template to your image to produce a single video.

AI Flow chains multiple templates together in a sequence — the output frame of step 1 becomes the input for step 2, and so on. This creates complex, multi-style transformations from a single upload, perfect for creators who want dramatic stylistic progressions or narrative sequences.
What are templates and should I use them?
Templates are professionally curated presets that include an optimized prompt, CFG scale, inference steps, and orientation for a specific visual style (e.g., "cinematic zoom," "oil painting," "neon cyberpunk"). Templates save you time and consistently deliver great results without manual parameter tuning.
Beginners should always start with a template — you can always fine-tune parameters from there.
How does token-based pricing work?
FunPhantom uses a token (coin) system. Each video generation costs between 0.8 and 1.4 tokens depending on your settings:
  • Inference steps: More steps = higher quality = slightly more tokens.
  • Duration: Longer videos (6s) cost more than shorter ones (3s).
  • Orientation surcharge: Landscape/portrait may have a small extra cost.
Tokens never expire. You only pay for what you generate.
What is the minimum purchase amount?
Our token packs start from as low as ₹1, making FunPhantom accessible to everyone. Larger packs provide better value per token. Visit our Pricing page for a full breakdown of all packs and their rates.
Can I get a refund on tokens or subscriptions?
All sales are final. Tokens and subscriptions are digital goods and are non-refundable once purchased. This includes tokens consumed by failed or unexpected generation results. We strongly recommend starting with a small pack to test the platform before purchasing large bundles.
New users get free starter tokens — use them to evaluate quality before buying.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports:
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Digital Wallets
We do not store your payment card information.
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends. When they sign up and make their first purchase, you automatically earn 5 tokens credited to your account. There's no limit to how many people you can refer — referral earnings are unlimited.

How long does video generation take?
Most videos are generated in 30–60 seconds. During peak hours, queue times may extend slightly. AI Flow sequences with multiple steps take proportionally longer since each step is processed sequentially.
What do CFG Scale and Inference Steps control?
CFG Scale (Classifier-Free Guidance): Controls how closely the AI follows your text prompt. A value of 1 (default) produces natural, fluid motion. Higher values (3–7) make the AI adhere more strictly to the prompt but can cause artifacts. Start at 1 and increase gradually.

Inference Steps: More steps = higher quality but longer generation time and slightly more tokens. For quick previews use 6–10 steps; for final quality use 20–30 steps.
What video format, resolution, and duration are supported?
  • Format: MP4 (H.264) — compatible with all major platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Duration: 3 seconds or 6 seconds per clip.
  • Orientation: Portrait (9:16), Landscape (16:9), or Square (1:1).
How do I get the best quality results?
Top tips for maximum quality:
  • Use high-resolution, well-lit, sharp input images.
  • Write specific, descriptive prompts — mention motion, mood, lighting, and style.
  • Use a negative prompt to exclude artifacts (e.g., "blurry, distorted, pixelated").
  • Increase inference steps for the final render (20–30 steps).
  • Start with a template — they're pre-optimized for quality.
My generation failed — do I lose my tokens?
Failed jobs may still consume tokens if the generation process began on our AI infrastructure. We are not obligated to refund tokens for failed generations, but if you encounter persistent failures unrelated to your inputs, please contact support and we'll investigate.
Is there a developer API?
Yes! FunPhantom offers a RESTful API for developers who want to integrate AI video generation into their own applications, pipelines, or workflows. API access supports webhook notifications for job completion. Contact us through the support form to request API documentation and credentials.
Can I use generated videos commercially?
Yes. You own the videos generated from your inputs and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws. See our Terms of Service for full details on content ownership.
How long are my generated videos stored?
Generated videos are automatically deleted after 3 days. You must download any videos you want to keep before this window expires. We cannot recover deleted videos after the cleanup runs.
Download your videos immediately after generation — don't rely on the platform as long-term storage.
What content is strictly prohibited?
The following are absolutely prohibited and result in immediate account termination:
  • Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without consent
  • Content sexualizing minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance
  • Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence
  • Deliberately misleading or disinformation content
  • Illegal activities (terrorism, trafficking, drug promotion)

Can I download my videos?
Yes — all generated videos can be downloaded directly to your device in MP4 format from your Dashboard. The download button appears on every completed job card. Videos are available for download for 3 days after generation.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up on the top navigation bar, enter your email and a secure password, and verify your email address. Once verified, your account is active and you receive starter tokens to begin generating immediately.
Is my data secure?
Yes. FunPhantom uses:
  • TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit.
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
  • AWS S3 for secure, redundant video storage.
  • Razorpay for all payment processing — we never store card details.
  • Industry-standard password hashing (bcrypt).

How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion through your account settings page or by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Note that unused tokens are forfeited upon account deletion and are non-refundable.
